Shop Policies

  1. Shop Turnaround Time 

    • Our current TAT is 7-14 business days, (unless stated otherwise), not including weekends, holidays and/or vacations that are planned and announced ahead of time. 

    • RTS- 3-5 business days to allow us to process your order. 
  • If you need your order by a specific date, for a special occasion or just prefer it to be moved up and shipped within 1-3 business days, please choose our “RUSH MY ORDER” option for up to 5 items. If you would like your order even quicker, please choose priority shipping at check out. 

2. All questions regarding orders need to be sent to the abcamcovip@gmail.com

3. Mistakes may happen! If you have any issues with an order you received, you have 48 hours to reach out.

       -Wear and tear are not covered as a defect or error. 

4. No refunds will be given once an order is placed. Once orders are placed, no changes can be made to your order.

  • We do not accept exchanges. 
  • Please read all descriptions within the listings carefully before purchasing

5. Shipping Questions

Unfortunately, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. We provide tracking with every purchase, and thus can not help any further besides resending tracking information. We encourage you to contact your local USPS office.

    • We are not responsible for replacing or refunding the items that may be lost, stolen, or damaged in shipping.

    • Add Route at checkout to protect your package against loss, theft and damage, and make shipping 100% carbon neutral.

  • Unfortunately we cannot be held responsible for damaged packages or damage to products that occurred during shipping. You can however contact the mail carrier and depending on the case they should be able to help you. 

6. Oversold Items

Unfortunately our system can oversell items - it’s something that is completely out of our control. If you purchase something that is oversold, we will issue you a refund and send you an email to let you know. We won't know if an item is oversold until AFTER your label is printed. Orders that have an order sold item can not be canceled or altered in any way as the order will have already been shipped by the time you receive the email. 

7. Care Instructions

- Avoid excessive stretching.

- Roll bracelet on and off.

- Avoid getting jewelry wet

- To clean your items, wipe gently with a damp cloth, pat dry, and lay on a flat surface.

OUR PRODUCTS ARE RECOMMENDED TO BE WORN UNDER THE SUPERVISION OF AN ADULT. NEVER LEAVE CHILD UNATTENDED, AS PRODUCT COULD POTENTIALLY BECOME A CHOKING HAZARD. 

DUE TO THE DIMENSIONS OF DIFFERENT BEADS, DESIGNS MAY VARY BASED ON THE SIZE OF BRACELET CHOSEN.

We are a small family business and love spending nights and weekends with our kids. We will respond to any inquiries as fast as possible and within a reasonable time frame - excluding nights and weekends.
